Dr. Erdal Erkoç performs nose surgery only. In some patients, however, procedures such as upper blepharoplasty, bichectomy or otoplasty can be planned in the same operation as rhinoplasty. This page explains what a combined surgery is and how it is planned.
Why in the same operation?
When the additional procedure is performed under the same anaesthesia as the rhinoplasty, there is no second operation, no second hospital day and no second recovery period. For our international patients this means both procedures are completed in a single trip. The additional procedure is planned only if the examination shows it is suitable; the rhinoplasty itself is never pushed into second place.

What to expect
- Combined surgeries may take 5-6 hours; the hospital stay usually does not change.
- The recovery timeline for the nose stays the same. The additional procedure has its own healing process, which you discuss in detail at the design consultation.
- The additional procedure is added to the rhinoplasty fee separately; you receive a clear quote after the examination.
